Training and consultation services provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to schools, agencies, and organizations. Training on intervention approaches is delivered in a small group format to teams of six or fewer members to ensure fidelity and involves a process of modeling, coaching*, and feedback. Sarah Murphy, Ed.S., BCBA also provides supervision for candidates working toward behavior analyst, assistant behavior analyst, and behavior technician certification. Training and consultation topics include, but are not limited to:​

 

• Functional analysis of behavior

• Development of behavior support plans

• Implementation of behavioral principles and procedures in the context of skill acquisition (academic, communication, social, adaptive, etc.) programming

• IEP development based on the ILAUGH framework (www.socialthinking.com)

• Comprehensive evaluation of Autism Spectrum Disorders in the school setting

 

*Web-based video conferencing may be utilized during the coaching process.
