Our ABA staff are in-network providers for Georgia Medicaid, including Georgia Families CMO's (Amerigroup, PeachState, and CareSource), and Anthem/BCBS of Georgia*. As a convenience to our families, we bill these insurance companies for reimbursement for services. At this time, Applied Behavior Analysis treatment is not covered by all insurance companies/health plans. It is the responsibility of the client to obtain any necessary referrals and/or authorizations prior to being seen in our office. It is also the client's responsibility to review insurance benefit information and to be aware of covered and non-covered services. When a service is covered, your insurance company normally pays a percentage of the cost of the service, rather than the full cost of the service. It is the client's responsibility to pay any deductible, copayment, or any portion of the charges as specific by the plan at the time of service.​ We do not offer self-pay or payment plan options.
